For severe breathing difficulty, blue or grey lips, inability to wake, a seizure, or a suspected severe allergic reaction, call immediately. These are examples, not a complete list. Tell the call handler where you are and follow their instructions.

Do not delay help to log an event or contact JoeyMate support. JoeyMate does not monitor your child, assess symptoms or contact emergency services for you. If a call link does not work, use your phone's dialler or another phone. Website links need internet access.

Health advice and possible poisoning

If you are concerned, contact a qualified healthcare professional, even if no warning appears in JoeyMate. For possible poisoning or a medicine error, get professional help immediately; do not wait for symptoms. For severe symptoms, use the emergency number above first.
