Your account, baby profile, care records, optional media, push tokens, and subscription status are used to operate JoeyMate. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising. Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. You can export or permanently delete your account data at any time from Account settings.
Children's Data
Baby and child profile data is treated as sensitive information. You must be 18 or older to create an account, and you confirm you have the legal authority to record and share care information for any child you add.
Push Notifications
If you enable push notifications, your device token is stored on our server and used solely to deliver real-time care alerts. You may revoke permission at any time from device Settings → JoeyMate → Notifications.
